About us

Build to Suit provides a “design develop” technique to building that speeds the delivery of jobs, guarantees quality and reduces cost. We hand-select the architect that will best fit the customer’s requirements. In turn, we get engineers and subcontractors, who do their design in conjunction with the architect for a common objective. With customer input, we manage every action of design, while keeping an eye on expense and schedule. Once building starts, we manage progress, quality and last shipment, including close-out files, commissioning and a one year warranty.

  Exciting progress is underway at the former Story County Medical Center in Nevada, IA! We are proud to be changing this familiar landmark into 60 new housing units, bringing fresh chances to the neighborhood. Residents are anticipated to move in next year.   We just recently completed a Rec Room renovation for our good friends at Ronald McDonald House Charities, transforming the space into a warm, inviting retreat for households. This update functions: ➡ Modern, comfortable furnishings ➡ A mix of open event areas and quiet nooks ➡ A vibrant custom wall covering and area rug ➡ Interactive games on the walls and tables These thoughtful touches aim to produce a space where families can unwind, reset, and feel supported.   This week we had the chance to host Spencer, a current Regina High School graduate, for a task shadow experience at BTS. He hung out both in the office and out on the job website, offering him a well-rounded, hands-on take a look at how a job comes together from start to complete. We’re constantly delighted to support trainees who are pursuing careers in the building industry. It’s a privilege to partner with Regina High School and help introduce trainees like Spencer to real-world experience in the field. We want him all the very best as he heads to the University of Northern Iowa to study Construction Management!   As we review Memorial Day, we’re reminded of the sacrifices made by those who served - and the significance of supporting those who continue to respond to the call. ❤ We recently finished a renter enhancement job for the United States Army in Iowa City, IA. This 1,700+ square foot area will function as a recruitment workplace and includes an open office location, a training space, the Section Chief’s office, and toilets. This task is a strong example of our group’s ability to deliver top quality, practical spaces that support meaningful missions in our neighborhoods.
